Weymouth Hockey Club hosted the U10s & U12s Dorset clubs on Sunday 18th November on a cold and sunny morning. Weymouth fielded 1 x Under 10 squad and 2 x Under 12 squads. As they always do, they played some lovely skilful hockey with good sportsmanship.
They looked smart and professional in their new kit provided by South Coast Dental Practise. It was so great to see Redlands so busy and lively on a Sunday morning with various teams and coaches travelling down for a fun day of friendly competitive hockey.
A massive thank you to the mums, dads and grandparents who bought cakes and hot drinks and helped raised £134, which will go in the pot for a new pitch!

Also a huge thank you to Susie Stone for once again organising such a great day for everyone, and to Emily Austin for her help with the teams. This wouldn't of been possible without some brilliant volunteer umpires, Emily Acutt, Sam Drewitt, Julia May and Ellen Sandrey. Thank you!
