After our promotion to League 3, we begin the new season away to Billingham on Saturday 14th August on the back of two good pre season wins over Sunderland Victory who are a new team and an excellent win against a Hall Farm side who are a league above us after 2 consecutive promotions.

We have made one new signing in Scott Patterson and recruited a new manager with great experience in Wes Saunders, who will call upon the services of Assistant Manager Paul Douthwaite.

We once again have great sponsors backing us in UTS Engineering and Compass NE who follow on from last season while we welcome Simars Convenience Store for their sponsorship for the new season and special mention to fellow players Adam Wilson (Coast Road Garage) and Ian Hunter who have purchased new match balls, new tracksuits and polo tops respectively. We are greatly appreciative of all our sponsors and can't thank them enough.
