The first wicket fell with the score on 19, with Fletcher taking a sharp stumping off the bowling of Donk.
This brought arguably Monmouth's two best batsmen in Grey and Roberts to the crease who share a decent partnership taking the score up to 63 before Grey was bowled by Matt Hughes.
Wickets then started to tumble with Hogben brought into the attack. He was the pick of the bowlers with 4-18 off his 9. Monmouth had collapsed to 97-7.
Roberts was still in though, and his 73 saw Monmouth finish on 150-9 off their 45 overs.
We made very light work of the chase, with Rob Pearce being the star of the show, hitting 92* with 17 boundaries. Vans fell for 30 but that was the only casualty as we secured a 9 wicket win with 9 overs to spare and now move into the promotion positions with 4 games to go.
