Dear Whitehall Members
Here we are again, the start of another rugby season! Not only do have the buzz and anticipation of a successful club season to look forward to but also great expectations for a thrilling World Cup competition.
This season we have a change to our coaching team, we welcome Paul Fincken and Jack Digby to Whitehall. They have been working hard with players during pre-season training, setting the foundations for the game that we as a Club want to play. There is renewed energy at the club both on and off the pitch. Some of those with long term injury are training again and we have picked up few new recruits. It will be a challenge but we are optimistic that we will be able to put out three teams again this season.
The players will endeavour to improve on our league positions of the past few years and there are events planned, to boost our social gatherings and increase the buzz in the clubhouse. Now all we need is you! Players get the old mud off your boots and bring along that mate you used to share some banter with! Spectators, check your thermals are ready for purpose! Families, you will find a welcome in the clubhouse bring the kids!
Lets make this season the one where we changed things around.
