T1 Rugby is a World Rugby and England Rugby developed, non-contact, and inclusive form of the game designed for all ages, abilities, and genders, simulating true rugby union (including lineouts, scrums, and kicking) while ensuring safety. Often played with seven players per side, it emphasizes fun, fitness, and skill development.

Whitehall have a couple of teams;
- Womens & Girls T1 Touch
- Mixed T1 Touch

Another T1 Mixed Touch training session is coming up on Thursday 5th March, 8–9pm at BBA School.

We’re building towards our next home fixture against Yate on Saturday 7th March, which will also take place during our Women & Girls Launch Day — it should be a fantastic occasion for the club.

If you’d like to play on that Saturday, please make sure you’ve added yourself to the new T1 Touch group. More details will be shared with the group soon.
