The current club subs are paid every 6 month period.

The 6 month period runs from March to September and then September back to March.

Whitley Wolves is still one of the cheapest subs for the local area at £65 each 6 months and EVERY single penny the club collects in subs goes back into the club.

Some of the costs the club face are:-

* League fees per each age group.
* League fines.
* Costs of regular CRB checking on our coaches (requirement for charter standard status).
* Cost of coaches being trained to FA Level 1 in coaching (requirement for charter standard status).
* Additional FA Football coach training such as FA Youth Modules, goal keeping, ref training and others.
* All coaches to have health and safety training & child welfare training every 3 years (requirement for charter standard status & being a Licensed coach).
* Training venue costs during the winter months, i.e Campsmount.
* Maintaining the playing pitch i.e buying the white lining paint.
* Basic training equipment, balls, cones, bibs, yellow sticks, etc.
* Football kits for kids competing in league competition.
* Football nets as per league sizing for league/cup competition. We move up a size in 2017/2018.
* Medical supplies for coaches first aid bags.
* Awards and trophies for during the season.
* Awards and trophies for presentation night.
* Club Insurance.
* Entries to summer galas and tournaments.
* All the registered players got a brand new kit for 2016/2017 and will no doubt need another one soon as they continue to grow.
* All the registered players got a brand new jacket
* All the registered players got a brand new winter jacket
* In addition all the players got a brand new away kit for 2016/2017
* Additional bonding days such as Ultimate Warrior, Lazer Quest
* Subsidised training at A1 football i.e kids only pay £1 when it actually costs the club £35.
* All the kids have been invited to watch Doncaster Rovers & Leeds Utd at no cost to the registered players.
* Web site costs i.e keeping the whitleywolves.org domain name.

Worth noting that Whitley Wolves is solely run by non-paid volunteers who simply want to allow kids to play football in a safe and friendly environment.
Without our subs, fun raising and the generosity of our sponsors we simply couldn't function.
