There were smiles all round on Saturday as we secured our first SNL win of the season against Cobham A.Following some intensive training sessions in pre-season, Whitton pulled ahead in the first half building a strong lead with some incredible shooting from Eloise who went on to win Player of the Match. This lead was later critical as an injury and slight drop in our stamina towards the end saw Cobham A capitalise. Thankfully we managed to hold strong and avoid too many turnovers and secure the sweetest first win. Great effort by all!
Player of the match: Eloise (GS)

Final score: 52 - 48

To build on this win we will be focusing in the coming weeks on improving our stamina both individually and in training, and continuing to do our maintenance.
