Wick 2 - 1 AEK Boco, third week without a booking.

A cold windy day at Wick where the home side ran out 2-1 winners over AEK Boco. Boco started the brighter but in their first attack on the Boco goal Wick took the lead from a ball knocked into the box and Dan Stephens curled the ball past Liam Jacques in the Boco goal. A good move down the left by Boco in the 18th minutes saw Cash Vinall pull the ball back from the bye-line and Harrison Kyte hammered the ball home from 14 yards. Wick retook the lead on 25 minutes when Kieran Hutson headed home from Dan Sheldon cross. Boco had a great chance to level just before the break from a long ball out of defence well read by Cash Vinall but his first touch let him down and he just managed to pull the ball back across goal but nobody was able to get on the end of the cross. A disappointing second half with both teams finding it difficult to create chances. Harrison Kyte had to bites of the cherry from a freekick after his first shot rebounded off the wall straight back but he could only shoot straight at the keeper. Jacques then saved well from Sam Thomas shot at the other end and then saved well again pushing the ball away from an in-swinging corner.
