• We kindly ask all visitors to be respectful of our neighbours. If possible, please park at the Old Social Club site and walk across the road down School Way to the school entrance.
• If parking in the residential area is unavoidable, please avoid double parking or blocking driveways. Thank you for your cooperation.

Feeding:
• Please provide player numbers and any dietary requirements at least two days before match day so we can prepare accordingly.

General:
• Our Team Managers (TMs) will greet visiting teams and guide them around the site. For older age groups, if changing facilities have been requested, your TM will show you to your room.
• Please inspect your allocated changing room upon arrival and report any damage to your TM to avoid being held responsible.
• All spectators must remain behind the designated pitch barriers. The opposite touchlines are strictly for players, coaches, and support staff.
• Visiting teams should use the far-side technical areas; Widnes Moorfield Tigers will use the side closest to the clubhouse.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the school site and pitch touchlines. A designated smoking area is available outside the clubhouse entrance.
Dogs are welcome at the Frank Myler Pavilion but are not permitted at Moorfield Primary School. Please respect this rule, our volunteers may ask you to remove your dog if necessary.

Post Match:
• Kit and boots are not allowed inside the post match food venue, please bring a change of clothes.
• Teams are responsible for cleaning their changing rooms and tables after eating.
• Help us keep the touchline tidy, bins will be provided.

1st Team to Open Up Must:
• Unlock pitch-side changing rooms
• Check defibrillator, First Aid kit, and stretcher are present
• Place bins along the pitches
• Ensure changing rooms are clean and ready
• Inspect for any damage and report it
• Set up the pitch(es)
• Coaches to inspect pitches for hazards (holes, dog fouling, sharp objects, litter)
• Clear changing rooms after your game
• TM to greet referee and away team
• Coach to bring matchday equipment to the pitch
• TM to coordinate volunteers for post-match food
• Clear tables and check toilets, floors, and bins

Last Team(s) to Finish Must:
• Check changing rooms for cleanliness and damage
• Empty bins and remove rubbish
• Lock away all equipment

All Teams:
• Regularly remove rubbish
• TM to ensure team sheet and online admin are completed by 17:00 on match day

Important Club Policy
Please do not raise game day issues directly with coaches after the match. All concerns should be directed to the TM, who will assess and either resolve the issue, escalate it to the Club Welfare Officer/Committee, or address it at the next training session.
