Our club offers great facilities, family friendly atmosphere, a dedicated coaching team, plus player social events.

We are established at level 7, Counties 1 Cumbria League.

Training is Tuesday and Thursday 18:30 to 20:00 at Dawes Meadow, Longlands Road, Bowness, LA23 3AS.

Physio is available at the club every Tuesday evening.

Match days are on a Saturday.
