Winsford CC Booking Terms and Conditions
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the provisions below before your booking, as your acceptance of these terms and conditions will enable us to authorise your booking.

I Making a Booking
1. Bookings will only be accepted if the booking form is completed correctly prior to the proposed date of the event.
2. Payment must be made as agreed with the Club before the proposed date of event.

II Care of the Facility
1. The Hirer undertakes to maintain the Facility in good order and to prevent any damage.
2. The Hirer must inform Club staff of any misuse or damage at the soonest opportunity.
3. The Club reserves the right to charge for any damage caused at a rate that would enable the damage to be remedied.
4. The Hirer agrees to pay any reasonable charges levied by the Club to remedy damages caused.

III General
1. Hirers must ensure that vehicles are parked in a way that does not prevent emergency access to the Facility.
2. Hirers will encourage users to respect the Facility and the environment surrounding the Facility and to avoid leaving any litter.
3. Hirers are to remind users of the need to use caution when driving on the venue grounds.
4. Please note that smoking is forbidden inside the Facility.

IV. Acceptance of the Conditions
A hirer is deemed to have accepted these Booking Terms and Conditions.
