Since 2011, Justin has maintained great links with the RFU to ensure the club attained and held it's accreditation. He has also ensured all age groups have suitably qualified coaches in place by finding and promoting local courses. This has helped to grow numbers of both players and parents becoming coaches. Justin also helped to organise and run the school days that saw up to 500 kids try out rugby at the club.
Whilst most of his work has been behind the scenes, it has been a massive help over the last decade. He has set a high standard for his predecessor to follow and has truly earned a break. He will continue as lead coach for the juniors and his work will always be greatly appreciated by the club.
