witham did improve after the break but failed to finish off good build ups but in the 70th minute baker kept witham in the game after he saved a penalty from ogboin after he had pulled down the same player, for which he received a yellow card. in the closing stages witham attacked the home goal and were rewarded when JOHN WATSON broke through and shot just inside the post.witham squandered chances in the closing stages of the game to grab a point.
