Round 2 incoming and it’s a rare Saturday outing as the Ladies travel to our familiar friends and opponents down in Teignmouth.

Last weekend, it was all about the late drama with two late tries to level the points, with a mammoth defensive effort in the closing moments to produce a nail-biting 15-15 finish at Raleigh Park.

Teignmouth’s season opener was equally as tough as they travelled across the border into Somerset to take on Wellington in a 22-0 defeat at the Athletic Ground.

Tomorrow’s game will the the seventh league encounter between the sides; however, we’ve also faced each other in a number of friendlies and are always happy to help each other out for players when needed - enforcing what we love about women’s grassroots rugby.

We can expect to see another great game tomorrow with both sides looking to make early impressions in the league.
