Tomorrow afternoon the Withy 2s make the short journey down the road to take on the Exmouth Nomads in their final Merit Table fixture of 2025.

The season so far has been a positive one, with four wins out of their opening eight games. These included some big results against some formidable opponents. Sitting fourth in the table, it has been a successful maiden season for the 2s and with two outstanding matches due to the weather, it could still be further improved!

One of the notable wins of the season so far was against tomorrow’s hosts, Exmouth back on the 4th October. Tries from Ben West, Charlie Boaden, Joe Staley, Jack Sharland and a brace from Valley Williams were complimented with an additional 6 points from the boot of Captain Harry Symons to earn a respectable 36-19 home win.

Tomorrow’s team sheet is again brimming with an impressive 22 players all keen to end the year on a high away from home. They’ll have to work hard throughout the whole 80 minutes as we’re expecting a strong Exmouth side who will be just as keen to level out the proceedings for the season.
