Please note the following:

• We seek to make hockey accessible to all players regardless of their financial situation. Please speak to the Ladies Chair (ladieschair@wokinghc.com), Men’s Chair (menschair@wokinghc.com) or Junior Chair (juniorchair@wokinghc.com) in confidence if you are experiencing financial hardship and would like to request a reduced subscription rate.
• Most membership categories are available to pay in instalments – please select the relevant option. There is a small additional charge for paying in instalments to cover increased Pitchero Fees.
• All subscriptions include individual member England Hockey Affiliation Fees. This is £15.50 for older Juniors and Adults, £10 for U12s and below.
• Subscriptions are due by 30 September 25. From 1 October subscription rates will increase by £20 as a late payment charge. (Excluding remaining instalment payments).
• All subscriptions include a £1 donation to The Hockey Museum, a charity based in Woking. The museum is the first and only museum of hockey in the world. It aims to preserve, share and celebrate the rich history and heritage of the sport of hockey, not only in Britain where the ‘modern’ game started, but also from all round the world. The donation is optional. If you do not wish to donate, please email membership@wokinghc.com and your £1 donation will be reimbursed.
• For members joining after 31 December 2025 an approximate 50% reduction will apply on subscriptions.

Match fees
In addition to annual subscription fees, match fees are payable as follows:

• Adult matches: £13 per match per player (some teams may set a higher fee to cover travel/drink costs, please discuss this with your Captain. Note there is no reduction for juniors playing an adult match.
• Friendly/Internal match fees where no food is provided are charged at £5 per player.
• No match fee is payable for junior matches although there may be a charge for some external / Indoor / cup competitions that are run outside of the usual scheduled matches and tournaments.

Match fees include a meal after every game and contribute towards umpire costs and pitch maintenance etc. Any difficulties in paying match fees should be discussed with your team captain.
