Andy has 4 children in the section Tierney (U16), Isla (U14), Hattie (U10) & Dougie (U8). He has been an active player in many Clubs (albeit Rugby) in the UK, Singapore and Australia and hopes that this along with his experience running businesses will help him in the role.

Andy will be supported by Julia Dickinson and Kirsty Porter, who will work with Graham Buss, our Junior Director of Coaching, to lead the section.

A breakdown of primary areas of responsibility is as follows:

Andy:
• Link with the main club; set club and junior policy and vision
• Recruit and oversee the Junior Director of Coaching
• Overall section coordination

Kirsty (Junior Secretary):
• Manage section email account
• Parent communication and website updates

Julia (AGM support and Junior Membership Secretary):
• Provide AGMs with the information required to perform their role
• New member enquiries

Graham (Junior Director of Coaching)
• Set coaching strategy and programme for the section
• Recruit and manage coaches
• Manage the transition of junior players to the adult section

They are further supported by Karin Leslie (Competition entry and pitch coordinator), Tracy Wright (welfare and first aid), Gihan Thabrew (performance player and junior umpire liaison) and Jamie Pinder (Duke of Edinburgh lead).

We are enormously grateful to Mat Prestwich for his work as Junior Chair for the last 2 seasons. Mat will continue to support the club as our GK kit lead and as part of our fundraising team.
