After a great performance against Stratford Wolverhampton travelled with confidence to a Sutton side struggling with a run of 6 consecutive defeats.
Perhaps this confidence became over confidence or even the Wolverhampton squad didn't offer their opponents enough respect, either way they were well beaten by the hungrier, more physical side.
Wolverhampton's points came through Ryan Home and Gareth Jones tries but from the moment Sutton Coldfield raced into a 16 point lead in the first quater they were never in the game.
Next week Wolverhampton hope to return to winning ways against Whitchurch. Kick off 2.15pm at Castlecroft.
