Match Preview - Dodworth MW Reserves

League leaders Wombwell Town face fifth placed Dodworth MW Reserves for the first time this season on Saturday 23rd March.

After previous postponements the sides will face each other twice in the space of three weeks as the season draws its conclusions.

Following last weekend's postponements both sides will playing for the first time since the 9th March.

Dodworth MW Reserves:

Dodworth MW Reserves come to Shafton Community Centre on the back of some good form with two 4-0 wins and a 2-2 draw at Sheffield Union in their last outing.

With four matches remaining our visitors have won eight, drawn two and lost six of their league matches so far with the biggest win (7-0) coming at Thurcroft MI in December.

Gareth McDermott, Tom O'Brien and Oliver Stokes are joint top scorers with six goals apiece with McDermott scoring four, and O'Brien scoring three, of these in the previous three matches.

Wellers:

Wombwell Town look to bounce back from their Association Cup exit and hope to have the likes of Oliver Green, Luke Needham and Luke Norbury back in the side, after they were unavailable for the Semi-Final.

In their last league game the Wellers also drew against Sheffield Union with centre back George Westwood grabbing the goal.
