Woodford v Dagenham

On Sunday the Woods U14's faced Dagenham. The team begun the game asleep and Dagenham converted a break away try. Shortly after Dagenham scored another Break away. Although Woodford was more organised Dagenham was able to score through pace. After another try Woodford scored, I was lucky enough to get through from a pass from Lewis.
During the second half Woods put more aggression into the game. We were able to score 4 more trys. From phases from the forwards and neat passing from the backs
Trys were scored by Deck,Rory,James and Henry With two conversions by Lewis.Unfortunately with constant trys scored by Dagenham this wasnt enough to win the game but It was a great effort put in by Woods U14's

Was a mixed bag from the lads this week, some great individual work from forwards and backs. Some great tackling, and as Zion said, aggression in the second half sure made a difference.
As a group we need to perform better as a team, we need to work on our communication and find a way to switch our "rugby heads" on from the first minute.
Lads put in a proper shift on Sunday, well done!
The ankle tap tackle from Lewis still has me smiling.........
