Woolston Rovers NCL side return to action on Saturday when they entertain Saddleworth Rangers in the National Conference League C on Saturday afternoon. Kick off is 2.30pm at the Limestone Construction Field, Monks Sports Club, Hillock Lane, Woolston.

Rovers Head of Coaching Mal Holt said, “It was a shame that the game against Waterhead was postponed as we had built up a bit of momentum but there was nothing we could do about that; we have just refocused on the Saddleworth game which is a massive one for us as we look to push for a top two finish in our group. We will be preparing meticulously for what we know will be a tough game but it is one that we can go into with confidence of getting the right result if we play as well as we have done in our previous two games. The win over Wigan St Pats was a massive boost for us and one that we are keen to build upon.”
