The purpose of this request is to reach out and ask for more volunteers to help us set up the tournament on Wednesday 7th, Thursday 8th and Friday 9th June. We have had the usual suspects come forward!; however, we do need more volunteers, if you can spare any time at all, please?

We meet at the Rugby Club at 10am on Wednesday and we work as a team to ensure that all pitches are measured, marked, and painted correctly, we need to put 32 goals up, nets, corner flags etc, we need to put the refreshment and score tents up, we need to organise the car park.

Any help and support you or your parents can give during these 3 days would be most welcome, you know what they say……many hands make light work.

Also, I need to highlight that on the day when your team is not playing, we request the manager and coaches attend the Rugby Club in the morning from 08:30 to 10:30 to assist with car parking.

Once again, the more people we have doing this, the easier the job, we will need car parking marshals that direct cars to where they need to go.

Also, it would be amazing if we had some more people who would like to help us in the refreshment tent, very simple tasks, making coffees, teas and serving customers.
