The team played very well right from the start, they were up fast and tackling hard from the first minute. They played as a team and considering the conditions they handled exceptionally.
It was a brilliant team effort with everyone playing their part, no one had a bad game. The game was played in good spirit and there was some hard tackles going in from both sides. Of note for Yarnbury was the tackling of Ben Foster, Callum Hillyard, Ethan Heede and Kaiden Verity, but the rest of the team put in a good mornings work as well.
It was good to see every payer wanting the ball, everyone was keen to have a run and this helped the forward momentum. There was also some good backing up and off loading.
Kaiden Verity not only tackled well but also managed to get over for a hat tick - great effort Kaiden. Ranvir Narang also scored twice and is really using his size to good effect now. Other try scorers were Ethan Heede, Tom Hill, Reuben Hill and Oliver Kilbride.
Great effort boys and lest hope this is the start of a winning streak!
