A New Season Dawns

First day back for everyone in what I'm sure will be an exciting new season for this year's Under 12's.

All the boys looked a bit tanned and a few inches taller since we last saw everyone together!

We were 4 players down today due to late holidays but the good news is that we haven't lost anyone this season so numbers are very healthy. We are always welcoming to new players so if you know anyone that wants have a go at rugby then please tell them to come up and have a go.

A fairly basic training session ensued to ease the boys back into it. It was like they've never been away! Good strong tackling and there was no backing off from anyone, which was good to see. Great to see Falki's initial fitness warm up session went down a storm with some healthy team competition and some interesting team names on show too; "Cheeseburger" being a notable one this week.

Midweek training won't start until week commencing 12th September so watch this space for updates (which will be next week's report basically).
