Raphael Frascogna serves as a Director of Yaxley Community Sports Club CIC, bringing together extensive leadership experience from across the charitable, public, and private sectors with a lifelong passion for grassroots football.

A CIPD-qualified HR professional with a postgraduate qualification in Leadership & Management gained during his time as Police Staff, Raphael has since built his career across blue-chip organisations and scale-up technology companies. His charity sector expertise includes serving as Trustee Board Chair and currently as Chief Executive Officer of a registered charity, where he works with leading organisations including The FA, the PFA, Show Racism the Red Card, and Kick It Out, alongside a large partner network of schools. He previously served as Chair of the Huntingdonshire FA Inclusion Advisory Group, furthering his commitment to equality and diversity in football.

Raphael's commitment to football spans both the pitch and the touchline. As a player and coach, he has contributed at Step 7 level as Vice Chair and Manager, and at Step 5 as Assistant Manager and Coach. His coaching credentials include the Level 1 Goalkeeping Award, Level 2, FA Youth Award, and UEFA B Licence, reflecting his dedication to developing players at all levels.

Beyond his professional and footballing roles, Raphael is a dedicated charity fundraiser who co-founded the annual Football vs Cancer celebrity football match, which has raised over £100,000 for young people with brain tumours. He balances these commitments with his most important role: spending time with his young family.
