Please note that for certain events (e.g. young persons parties) the club reserves the right to hold an increased refundable security deposit and/or provide additional supervisory security at the Hirers expense. This will be discussed and agreed at the time of booking.

All bookings made will require a deposit to secure the booking. The balance payment is due in full 7 days before the scheduled hiring.
