Yendys started the game in earnest. Having won the centre pass, in three passes and in as many seconds, they scored their first goal. They proceeded to dominate the game and were 10-4 ahead by the end of the first quarter.
This lead gave the Yendys Coach the opportunity to make positional changes and changes for the remainder of the game.
The result was never in doubt as Yendys put on a power display with some fast flowing netball. Dudley had no answer to the accurate shooting of all three Yendys scorers: Makenzie Harris-Thomson, Daya Nurpuri and Phoebe Wycherley who was making her debut in this squad.
