Yendys A v Midrange 1

With a few regular players missing, Yendys A found the going tough on their return from a 2 weeks break.

Going behind right from the start, they struggled to find the rhythm that they normally have. From a 3-7 deficit they got back into the game to end the 1st quarter just 2 goals behind at 7-9.

The second quarter, after making a positional change went well as they battled to get back into the game. The new formation proved effective as they rallied to lead at halftime at 15-13.

The second half was not so good. Midrange adapted to the new style Yendys had adopted and controlled the game as they eased into the lead. Yendys, on the other hand, were playing long passes which were, either intercepted or inaccurate as they fought to get back into the game. They eventually were defeated by 21 goals to 35.

This was the Yendys team's first loss of the season as they drop to second place in Division 1
