YORKSHIRE TERRIERS LEAD COACH and ASSISTANT COACH(ES)
Applications are sought for the above positions for the touring party to Australia in July 2013
Applicants should be capable of meeting the following specification.
1.Hold a minimum RFU Level 3 Coaching Qualification (Lead) or Level 2 (Assistant).
2.Hold a current CRB Enhanced Certificate.
3.Have a specialism in either forwards or backs coaching.
4.Have a wide experience of working with talented age-group players (the party is U.19)
5.Be a player- centred coach.
6.Be capable of conducting analysis and providing individual player feedback.
7.Appropriately plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate individual coaching sessions.
8.Attend all coaching sessions as part of the pre-tour preparation and matches and contribute to the selection process.
9.Demonstrate teamwork by being able to work effectively with the players, other coach(es) and the team management.
