By Website Administrator

For the first time the Rams now make the journey to Gravesend to take on last season's Division One champions in the first game between the two sides.

Punjab United have been having a difficult season so far in the Premier Division as they find their feet at Step 5. They sit 17th having won 3 and drawn 6 of their 21 games so far this season. They have lost their last two league games but before that they beat Crowborough 3-0 in their best win in the league this season. Goals have not always been easy to come by with Anthony Adesite their top scorer having netted 8.

Kevin Rayner continues with his rebuilding continues and there are likely to be some new faces in the squad tomorrow. Chad Bradley has received his international clearance having previously been signed by Albion Rovers in Scotland and he is in the squad along with up to 3 others. Having been undefeated at home up until Christmas the side have lost two at home in a row both against teams who came up from the first division last season and he'll want to make sure it doesn't become three.

Nine games taking place tomorrow. Fisher look to maintain their top spot at home to Bearsted (9th); Corinthian who have jumped into second place make the trip to Canterbury City (10th) who are one of two teams from the division through to the last 16 of the FA Vase; Beckenham Town (3rd) travel to take on Lordswood (11th); Chatham Town (4th) are at home to in-form Tunbridge Wells (14th); Sheppey United (5th) travel to bottom of the table Rusthall; the other FA Vase survivor Cray Valley PM (6th) travel to take on K Sports (8th); Deal Town (7th) travel to play Glebe (13th) who parted company with their manager during the week; and, Erith Town (16th) are at home to Croydon (19th) whose victory over Glebe last Saturday meant that they did the double over them, their only two victories of the season so far.

Getting to the ground by car means heading to Gravesend and joining the A2, Watling Street. Leave the A2 at the junction marked Gravesend and pick up Valley Drive. One option is to turn left into Livingstone Road and then right into Mungo Park Road. Continue to the end and turn right onto Palmer Avenue and then left into Hawkins Drive. Turn left into Christian Fields Avenue and at the end, Dunkirk Close, you will find the entrance to the ground. You can go by train to Gravesend and then pick up the 483 bus to Christian Fields Avenue, which run every 20 minutes. The club have a coach going to the game and there are a few seats available.
