Swans held (just !!) by battling Tilehurst team

Caversham battled out an unlikely 0 - 0 draw against a stubborn Tilehurst team, who just refused to concede a goal despite a hat load of chances for Caversham. One or two clear cut opportunities and a penalty late in the second half for a foul on Lucy which Ruby smashed, but the goalie pushed onto the bar and then bounced the wrong side of the line. With only 10 players and Lucy having to go in goal for the first half and Olivia the second, Caversham did amazingly well to not concede hardly any chances to the opposition and applied pretty much constant pressure to the Tilehurst goal. But it just wasn’t our day and we did everything but score. Late injuries to Ruby and Lucy took the shine off a battling team effort to stay unbeaten in the League.
