Join us on our sponsored walk at the Sphinx and raise money for Breast Cancer Care

What’s the idea?
A 0.5 mile route will be marked out around the perimeter of the Sphinx Drive site for you to walk, jog or run as many times as you wish. We ask that you get sponsorship for the activity from your friends, family, colleagues, neighbours, employers, anyone you know!

How do I get sponsorship?
In order to make your pledges we have set up a JustGiving page at

Sponsorship forms can be requested from behind the bar at Coventry Sphinx Sports and Social Club or by emailing sharon@coventrysphinx.co.uk
Or you can download a sponsorship form from the Breast Cancer Care website here or from the document downloads below.
Make sure that your colleagues know that you are participating by downloading the Miles for Money poster for your workplace, popping your name at the top of the poster and put them up in the office, reception, kitchen, toilets..anywhere!

Who can take part?
Anyone and everyone is welcome, male or female!

Why not make it a day at the Sphinx and join us for free refreshments and football?
We’d like to invite all participants to join us in the lounge in the Sphinx Social Club for a bite to eat after their walk. We’ll give you a ticket for this at the start line which can also be used to gain free entrance to the Coventry Sphinx FC game v Stourport Swifts which kicks off at 3pm.

Do I need to register?
Yes please. We need to have an idea of how many people will be taking part so please email sharon@coventrysphinx.co.uk with your name and a contact email and phone number and we'll get back to you to confirm.
