Ex Herne Bay Youth Players in Herne Bay FC 1st Team Squad

Herne Bay Youth FC - Kent Senior Trophy

There is a possibility that 2 ex Herne Bay Youth FC players will be in the Herne Bay FC squad for their Kent Senior Trophy match tonight at Winches Field.
Sam McCallum and Jamie Chamberlain both former Herne Bay Youth FC Players have been drafted into the 1st team squad for the Kent Senior Trophy game tonight at Winches Field.

Their inclusion by 1st team managers John Emburey and Jermain Darlington show they are really serious about promoting progression through the club. They have already identified a number of the current U18s squad who have been invited along to train with the 1st team.

The current U18s Herne Bay FC team contains a number of ex Herne Bay Youth FC players. Keir Headley, Harry Codd, Joe Sharp, Richard Burns, Josh Deverson, Brendan Gration, Henry Todd, Sam Menzies, all these players started out playing for Herne Bay Youth FC.

Jamie since leaving Herne Bay Youth has played for Faversham Town and played at District level.
Sam since leaving Herne Bay Youth has played for Chelsea, Charlton and Gillingham FC where he spent 6 years. He has also played at District level and is currently in the Kent Schools U18 squad.
