We have over 60 qualified coaches at Kings Rugby across 15 teams from U6's to U18's, U21's & Seniors. Kings Rugby aims to have a coach to player ratio of 1:8 and all coaches are expected to apply the Kings Rugby Coaching Principles and Selection Criteria. It is the responsibility of all Kings' Rugby Coaches to get qualified via RFU Award Courses and then continually improve their coaching skills through RFU Non Award Course.
