Stortford 1-2 'Scholars'
'Scholars' complete double over The Bishops
Potters Bar completed a season double over Stortford with goals from skipper Sean Grace and Josh Hutchinson.
Sean Grace opened the scoring in the 10th minute, heading home from a Sean Bonnett-Johnson corner.
Stortford always posed a threat and were level on 26 minutes when Ben Worman latched on to a right wing cross that evaded the Bar defence to lash home a fine equaliser.
Early in the second half The Scholars once again went in front as an electrifying midfield break from Sean Bonnett-Johnson saw the midfielder find Josh Hutchinson who took time and cooly slotted the ball past the Stortford keeper to notch his first goal since his return and cap a tremendous performance up top for the Bar.
Despite plentiful chances at either end there was to be no more scoring and Bar came home with a well deserved and much needed three points.
