Success for the Youth Section....
The future looks bright...
The future of Upminster RFC looks bright after a string of success for the Youth section.
The U16's played in there third consecutive Essex Cup Final looking to win back to back finals. They played local neighbours Basildon RFC and ran out 17-7 winners in a hotly contested game.
The U15's were due to play Ongar RFC but unfortunately Ongar were unable to field a side.
The U14's played Chelmsford RFC in their cup final and ran out 24-10 winners.
The U13's completed the success for the Youth section playing Eton Manor RFC and ran out convincing winners recording a score of 55-5.
A huge well done to all players, coaches, parents and volunteers connected with the various age groups - the results after a huge amount of work put in by all concerned.
