Welcome to the home page for the U11s 2019/2020.

We have friendly coaches whose aim is to bring out the best in every player. This year focus will be on increasing players strength, speed and awareness as we move through the next stage of the RFU transitional plan.

However, our philosophy and values remain unchanged namely:

Teamwork - work together, and not as individuals, towards a SHARED goal. Always look to encourage team mates and not criticise or moan.

Respect - for coaches, team mates, parents, the club and opponents by taking training and games seriously

Enjoyment - Fun comes from improving as a player, learning new skills leading to more trys & tackles per game by every player and from socialising with your team mates after the games too

Discipline - know the rules and play within them, arrive well in time for training & games, kit is well turned out and correct, improve your fitness

Sportsmanship - at the end of the game know you have done your very best and treat winning or losing in the same way.

Please feel free to come down to the club on a Wednesday evening or Sunday morning when we are training at home and have a go.
