Monday evenings - fitness blocks and skills games. #beat the game.
Wednesday evenings -rugby practice developing technical abilities and tactical game awareness.
Both evenings - 7.15pm at Sale Sports Club. M33.2DE.
We have coaching groups for all levels of ability - new player, 2nd team and 1st team - whatever level you wish to participate at.
