When the going gets tough

By Charlie Brownridge

Yarnbury LittleLions-Rugby get going!

Well done to those hardy kids, and their parents who turned up on Saturday for LittleLions-Rugby. It was cold. It was wet, but we all still had fun regardless! Though I am sure so Mum's when their 'little darlings' returned, were quick to strip them off in the garage, rush them upstairs for a shower and fed them a hot chocolate when they came down from the shower!

We hope a few more children will be keen to face the weather conditions head on. As they say, playing in such conditions is character building. They are also the sessions that will live long in the memories of your children, so don't rob them of such great memories!

As we say at LittleLions-Rugby - 'There is no such thing as bad weather, just different weather'. And if we are dressed appropriately then we can still go out and have fun.

Take the challenge and get down with your children this coming Saturday!
