Another bare 11 team.... starting with 10 while someone got caught up at work.... 1-0 down within 5 minutes to a well hit but poorly defended shot......
And then we started to play some hockey! The equaliser was scrappy but due to actually putting into practice what we have done at training, hit the baseline, drive.. good things happen!!
A second came soon after, taking the lead against 2nd in the league from a well hit short corner. Just on cue we were up to 11 men - happy days.
Then we forgot how to defend short corners, gave too many away, ran with the ball waaaaaaay too much in daft areas and lost the game 7-2.
Relegation confirmed while Bury's win took them to top of the league.
