Edinburgh Hockey Club Youth Membership

Edinburgh Hockey Club has one of the most successful youth hockey programs within Scotland!

Youth Waiting List
For our youth section, we currently operate a waiting list for each age group. If you would like your child to be added to the youth waiting list for the club, please complete the registration for your child as outlined in the instructions under Documents > Youth Documents section, and when prompted for a team, select "Waiting List".

When a space becomes available in the appropriate age group, you will be contacted by our Waiting List Coordinator, and your child will be invited to attend a trial training session (please note there will be a small trial training fee applied).

Membership Applications
We operate an online membership application form and payment, and the link will be emailed to existing members, and any new applications, once fully up and running.

Subscriptions
Edinburgh Hockey Club charge a one off annual subscription fee that covers the cost of the pitches, coaching, league matches and tournaments throughout the year.

Please note, players who are put forward through the club for district and national selection, may have additional fees to be paid directly to the district or national bodies.

U15-U18 Kit
The first time a player is registered as an U12 to U18 player with the club, they will receive a white and a navy Edinburgh Hockey Club Training t-shirt. All U15-U18 players need to buy the Club’s senior shirt through our club shop and require a registration number to be assigned. When ordering the top through the club shop for a new senior player, please enter '0' as the club number and an appropriate number will be allocated by the kit coordinator.

U12-U14 Kit
The first time a player is registered as an U12 to U18 player with the club, they will receive a white and a navy Edinburgh Hockey Club Training t-shirt. For U12s and U14s they will be expected to wear these tops for any East District League matches, or tournaments for which they are selected to play in. In addition, each child is required to have a navy skort/shorts and navy socks in order to play.

As the tops are only supplied in a child's initial registration, any replacement tops will need to be purchased separately through our club shop.

U10 Kit
U10s do not receive tops as part of their initial registration, but will receive the top with their first registration into U12s. If you wish to purchase the club training t-shirts, you may still do this

It is not compulsory to purchase a club hoodie, however these are available to purchase along with some other club kit.
