AGM 12-06-2019

In accordance with the club’s rules and policies, notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) of Chippenham Rugby Football Club will be held at the Clubhouse, Allington Field on Wednesday, 12th June at 7:30pm.

The clubs financial report and Chairman’s review will be given at the meeting along with section reports. A Draft copy of the clubs Year End Financial results will be available on the website and from behind the bar nearer the time, all other reports will be posted to the clubs website.

The Election of club officers will take place on the night in accordance with the club’s rules and policies will be put up in the clubhouse on May 23rd and will be removed on June 11th. All nominees, persons nominating and seconding must be paid up voting members of Chippenham RFC and the nomination form will be put up in the Clubhouse.
