The Essex Security Services service standard begins when the client books a quotation. A member of our technical sales team visits your address, and provides a quotation based upon our best understanding of your individual security requirements.
Once you place the order, our technical installations team liases with you to confirm when we may install your new system then sends to your address the staff with the best technical knowledge and ability to fully meet your needs.
With the installation complete, you will be fully trained on how your security system works and given any paperwork necessary to set up connections with the 24 hour alarm receiving centre.
Subject to the taking of a service contract, you will be visited to keep your security system fully functional and to maintain it for many years to come.
The vast majority of technical queries can be addressed over the telephone, but should you require an engineers attendance you will be sent a member of staff who has the technical knowledge necessary to fully address your problem.

Petty Son & Prestwich has had a long and successful history in Wanstead and the surrounding area for well over a century.
The firm was founded in 1908 by C. Petty, a locally renowned builder, in Leytonstone under the style of Petty & Son and run by his son Charles, a chartered surveyor. Petty and Son quickly grew in both size and reputation and was soon to become Petty Son & Prestwich when Harry Prestwich entered the partnership, offering services in surveying, estate agency and auctioneering. The Wanstead Office was opened in 1912.
Over the years the firm continued to expand opening offices in South Woodford and Woodford Green. That expansion and success continues to this day. From January 2014 we are delighted to announce the opening of our Buckhurst Hill branch, which will be offering the same tailor-made services to all our clients, both new and established. Situated at the top of Queens Road, we shall be offering the independent and reliable advice that has been our hallmark in Wanstead for so many decades past.
