Pre - Season Training

Preparation for the new season started back in early May, with the introduction of our Summer Touch Rugby sessions. The program has worked well, with over 50 Senior Men's players in attendance at last weeks session and several new players already joined our playing ranks. With 10 weeks until the start of the League campaigns, we firmly move our attention towards our full Pre-Season Training Programs.

Players are reminded that our full Pre- Season training runs from 2nd July onwards, operating on Tuesdays & Thursdays evenings with a 7.15pm sharp start. Rugby players of all standards are still welcome to attend, but please note the our sessions are tough and designed to lift fitness levels to an optimum London One level.

New players looking to participate are reminded of the need for suitable footwear for both grass and our AGP surface.

17th August AWAY KO Time 3.00pm (1st & 2nd Team fixtures)

Please note that Shepherd Neame Essex Merit Leagues will be posted as soon as we have them, we have a first game date of 21st September 2019.
