The Grass is Greener at Footscray

Following an investment from the rugby club, Footscray have been given a grant to allow for the purchase of new equipment to improve the maintenance of the grass pitches. The first part of the order has been delivered and includes the pictured brand-new tractor and field mower.

With the new equipment, this will allow for greater maintenance which will prove invaluable for us to play on – especially during those colder times of year!

We look forward to receiving further equipment and to the benefits this will give us for playing and training for the remainder of this season, and long into the future.
