Membership and Club Hire

After a recent sitting of club committee it has come to light that the free hire of the club facilities by members has not been not been adhered to correctly by both members and the club. Club Chairman Mick Cavanagh would like to reiterate the rules on this facility which open to all club members.

The club can only be hired for free by a member who's membership is fully paid. If membership is not fully paid then the usual booking fee will be charged. The booking will then only be confirmed when the £50 returnable deposit (subject to conditions) has been paid.

This will now be enforced by club bookings and membership sectaries as it has come to light that a number of bookings have been taken on honesty, however after further investigation it has been found that members are in arrears with membership fees.

Furthermore with reference to membership of Prenton RUFC, members are reminded that membership runs from 1st September until 31st August. Therefore membership for 2019/20 season is due prior to Sunday 1st September 2019.
