Teams

All of our training sessions are led by experienced coaches and we are able to support all levels of experience and ability. Sessions last two hours and are fun but with emphasis on improving your skills for your own achievement or to play competitively.

The Lynx participate in the Manchester Area Basketball League (MABL) locally and frequently travel to take part in international tournaments when we can.
