Along with the change in personnel, the 200 club will look to change and update its method for payment of prizes and the method of how it collects the payment from members. With the reduction in the use of cheques and cash, the 200 club will look to collect all its money monthly by BASC, DD or SO directly into the competitions bank account and look to pay its prizes directly into the members bank account.

The 200 club will also changed the frequency of the draw from weekly to monthly, offering 12 monthly draws, it will still be paying the £850 of prizes in June and £3850 of prizes in December and then 10 monthly prizes

200 Club Competition Rules Update

The competition shall be for the benefit of South Leicester RFC and run by the South Leicester RFC 200 club committee who shall have the right to alter or amend the rules at its absolute discretion.
Prize money will be 50% of the total income for the competition over a 12 month period

The Competition will be run over 12 months and consist of 12 monthly draws, drawn in the clubhouse

New members will be entered into the draw the month following receipt of their first payment, new members or existing members may buy more than one number

Subscription will be £5 per month, payable in advance.

Payment should be by BASC, DD or SO directly into the competitions bank account, any existing members that currently pay by cash or cheques will be asked to change their method of payment. This change in will help the 200 club run smoothly and cut down the increasing number of members who are in arrears

Any member one month in arrears with their payment will be removed from the draw until payment is received, should the arrears reach 3 months, the member will automatically be removed from the competition and their number resold.

The 12 monthly prizes shall be:
December draw (boxing day): 1st prize £2000, 2nd prize £1000, 3rd prize £500,
4th prize £250, 5th prize £100

June draw (AGM): 1st prize £500, 2nd prize £250, 3rd prize £100

Remaining ten monthly draws: 3 prizes of £20 and 4 of prizes £30

The winning numbers and names will be displayed in the club house and club website
Prize winners will be contacted and prize money transferred directly into the member’s bank account.

Members should immediately inform Charlotte Bradshaw Mob: 07805617193 of any change of address or contact details, which should include your mobile and email, failure to do so could delay payment of prizes

The decision of the 200 committee chairman shall be final and binding
