Teams

A team that represents Medical, Dentistry and Veterinary students from the University of Bristol, as well as local doctors, the UBHRFC is open to all new players and offers a viable alternative to University Rugby for those who cannot work the time into their schedule. We play games on a Saturday at Coombe Dingle and train Tuesday and Friday evenings at the Portway Development Ground.

The UBHRFC 1st XV currently play in the National Association of Medical Schools (NAMS) Cup and Plate as well as the RFU Gloucester 2 South League.

An ambitious team, we are looking to build upon the success of last season where we became Gloucester 3 champions in our first year in the leagues as well as NAMS plate champions for the first time since 2012. We are aiming to rise the ranks of the RFU National Leagues and become a respected Bristol club in order to compete at the highest level of rugby possible, as well as fulfill our dream of lifting the NAMS Cup.
