U11's Win the Ashover Tournament 2019

Wirksworth Colts U11’s, Ashover 2019 Tournament Champions!

The Colts U11’s maintained their high standards and performed brilliantly as a team to win the Ashover Tournament.
In less than ideal, wet and blustery conditions, the lads rolled their sleeves up and battled hard whilst increasingly playing some lovely football that they are now known for.
Topping our group we then won a tight semi final on penalties against Chesterfield Town, after an amazing last minute equaliser!
The final was much less stressful against Wingerworth, as an early goal settled the nerves and we cruised to a 2-0 victory.
